People who are confident and self-assured tend to be those who are naturally sociable, who achieve success in their chosen profession or career and who take full advantage of all opportunities that come their way in life.  People are attracted to confident people and enjoy spending time in their company:  they tend to be happier and more relaxed, and are often easier to be with than those who lack self-confidence and self-esteem.

Many of us will suffer with a lack of confidence and low self esteem at some point in our lives and this is only natural, however for some people this lack of confidence is an almost constant backdrop in their lives.

I can help you... My name is Kate Patterson, and I have been helping people all my professional career to gain the skills and develop the resources they need to be happy and successful people in their own right. Initially as a teacher and now as a Licensed Thrive Programme Consultant and Thrive Programme Consultant Mentor I show people how to feel really good about themselves. They learn how to manage their emotions and their thinking patterns well and develop the skills they need to thrive and flourish. They will learn to be resilient and to be able to bounce back quickly from life's ups and downs so that they can really enjoy their lives. I really do know what it feels like to feel powerless because of the difficult circumstances I have faced in my life. If I had known then what I know now about the Thrive Programme I would have had the resilience needed all those years ago to be able to bounce back quickly. I have found the Thrive Programme transformational.

What is Thriving?
